Each of these bracelets is made of two different wires forming a loose knot. The knot idea represent two individuals coming together as a couple to create a new family. The difference in the two wires was used to indicate that each indivdual is a member of his/her own larger family which remains but the two are now intertwined with each other as the new family is formed. The gemstones are representative of each individual member of the new nuclear families that these particular bracelets represent, parents and children.
